Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company has declared a second interim dividend of 7.08p per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, up 6.9% on the equivalent dividend of 6.62p paid in the same period in the last financial year.

The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29 August 2025. The ex-dividend date is 28 August 2025.

It is the Board's intention, barring unforeseen circumstances, to at least maintain the quarterly dividend rate of 7.08p for the year to 31 December 2025, which would represent the 59^th consecutive annual increase, one of the longest track records of rising dividends in the investment trust industry.
