Voting Rights and Capital

 

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that, as at 31 July 2025, the total issued share capital of the Company consisted of 105,502,684 Ordinary Shares of 5.6110477936 pence each.

 

The Company holds 8,305,936 shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 97,196,748.

 

The above figure (97,196,748) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

 

The total number of voting rights above (97,196,748) includes 168,349 shares purchased for cancellation on 29, 30 and 31 July 2025, which will be cancelled following settlement.
