Confirmation of Voting Rights

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that the total number of voting rights in respect of the following class of shares is:

2021 Shares and Realisation Shares each carry one vote per share held (excluding Shares held in Treasury). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 408,329,666 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
