Purchase of shares by subsidiary undertaking

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") has been advised that on 31 July 2025, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation (Channel Islands) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation (the "Trustee"), purchased a total of 60,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Corporation (the "Shares"). The Shares were purchased at a price of £10.16 per share.

Under the terms of a Trust Deed dated 23 April 2002, the Trustee was appointed trustee of the Corporation's Employee Share Ownership Trust (the "Trust"). 

The purchase was in connection with both the Deferred Share Bonus Plan and Long-term Incentive Plan for senior staff.
