First Nordic Metals (“FNM”) has now completed the previously announced merger with Mawson Finland, C$80m of fund raisings, and the 4:1 share consolidation. FNM, which is applying to the TSXV to change its name to Goldsky Resources Corporation, will focus on moving forward the 100% owned, 867koz gold and 4.3kt cobalt development stage Rajapalot project in Finland.
