Longboat, via Longboat Japex Norge AS has farmed down two exploration licences on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) to Concedo AS. The farm down includes a full carry on the Lotus exploration well, in-line with Longboat’s strategy of retaining exposure to high quality exploration wells but at minimum use of the Company’s equity capital.
