Andrada Mining has secured a $2.5 million loan to build a new tin processing plant at its Uis mine in Namibia. The company said the new facility will operate separately, boosting output without disrupting current production.
Meanwhile, Gem Resources, owner of the Gravelotte Emerald Mine in South Africa, has restarted mining at the Cobra Open Pit, with early results beating historical benchmarks. The processing plant is hitting grades of up to 60 carats per tonne, with upgrades improving efficiency.
And Helium One Global is preparing to drill its Jackson-31 well in Colorado, part of the Galactica Project. The rig is on-site, casing has been delivered, and drilling is set to begin once rigging-up is complete.
