Quadrise has secured £4.5 million in an oversubscribed share placing and has offered retail investors a chance to raise £1 million more. The fuel innovator will use the funds to advance its key projects, focusing on developing cleaner fuels MSAR and BioMSAR.
Meanwhile, Premier African Minerals raised £540,000 via a share sale to fund its Zulu lithium project in Zimbabwe. The company initially aimed for £3.5 million and says it remains in active discussions with offtake partner, Canmax.
And Bloomsbury Publishing, home to authors like Sarah J. Maas and JK Rowling, has signed a long-term supply deal with Amazon. The publisher says it's also confident it will meet analyst forecasts of £334m in revenue and pre-tax profit of £39.6m, excluding highlighted items, for its 2025 financial year.
