The Investment Manager is paid an annual management fee of 1.0% (plus GST) of the gross asset value of the portfolio and is eligible for a performance fee of 20% (plus GST) of the outperformance over the S&P/ASX All Ordinaries Accumulation Index or the amount of the increase in the value of the portfolio in the event the index has fallen
