Vinci has made a non-binding offer to acquire the Industrial division of ACS for €5.2bn, of which €2.8bn will be paid in cash and the rest in either shares or cash. ACS has accepted the offer and it is now subject to further due diligence and an approval from the authorities. We had valued this division at €4bn, which means Vinci is buying it at a premium of more than 30% to our valuation.
