According to the latest news, the takeover of Gamesa by Siemens is at risk. The only problem excluding the pricing of the deal so far discovered is the joint venture Adwen. In 2014, Gamesa and Areva formed the joint venture Adwen to cover the demand for offshore windmills. Adwen contributed €210m of assets to the joint venture.
