In the post-acceptance period, another 21.12% of the shares were obtained by the offerer for which the settlement date is set for 30 June 2022. The offeror will initiate legal buy-out proceedings as soon as possible in order to obtain 100% of the shares. Termination of the listing and trading of the shares on Euronext Amsterdam will be pursued as soon as possible by the offeror and Accell Group.
