Cooks Coffee (CCC NZE/COOK ASE), given increased geographic focus in Europe, yesterday announced that it had dual listed on the London Aquis Stock Exchange and that it had raised £0.5m, at a price of £0.18 per share, from a rights issue and private placing to expand its digital marketing capability, accelerate the opening of new stores and to acquire brands.
