SDI has announced the acquisition of InspecVision, for £6.1m net cash consideration, a strong addition that is expected to be EPS enhancing, with good growth prospects and regarded as a little gem. The business gives the group access to the metrology market, with strong IP and an international blue chip customer base, offering cross selling opportunities.
