National Grid has agreed to sell a 61% stake in its UK gas distribution business to a group of infrastructure investors called Quad Gas (Macquarie Infrastructure, Allianz Capital, Hermes IM, CIC Capital, Qatar Investment Authority, Dalmore Capital, and Amber Infrastructure).
