Hardy has announced a judgement that has come out from the Indian supreme court concerning its CY-OS/2 arbitration process. The company originally won an arbitration award on CY-OS/2 in 2013 in Kuala Lumpur under the provisions of the licence PSC, awarding Hardy return of the block (which would otherwise stand relinquished) for a three year appraisal period, and a cash award currently worth US$78.2m net to Hardy. Since then, the Indian government has been seeking to have the award re-examined
