88 Energy has announced the acquisition of a portfolio of non-operated conventional oil and gas producing assets within the Permian Basin, Texas. The acquisition represents a further expansion of 88 Energy's move into producing oil and gas assets and is in-line with the Company's strategy to build a successful full-cycle E&P company.
