Intu Properties posted its H1 figures. Net rental income reached £226m (vs. £219m in H1 16). Adjusted NAV per share stood at 403p, stable against 404p in FY16. The occupancy rate was also stable at 95.9% (vs. 96% in FY16). GAV amounted to £10.6bn, up by 6% from FY16. Underlying earnings per share declined to 7.3p from 7.5p. An unchanged dividend per share of 4.6p was proposed.
