Circle Property has announced the details of its first B Share distribution of capital to shareholders, and the expected timing of the second distribution. The two distributions amount to 209p with a further final capital return to be announced when the last remaining property disposal has been achieved. These capital returns represent the concluding phases of Circle Property's strategy to fully crystallise its value to shareholders.
