In its interim management statement (April-June 2017), Sage Group mentioned that organic revenue grew by 5.6% and 6.3% excluding the North American Payments activity due to be sold before the end of FY2016/17. The quarterly trend was in line with organic growth seen in H1 16/17 (+5.7% and +6.4% excluding the North American Payments businesss). On 30 June 2017, net financial debt was £415m (vs £434m on 31 March 2017).
