REC seems to us a bit lost and not really knowing where to go. Management does not see a huge business opportunity due to the recent dropout of >10% of polysilicon capacities as it is not going to re-ramp the Moses Lake site. We understand that China is still hesitating about allowing US polysilicon imports in the short term, but the Sino capacity will stay limited for quite a while until awareness about the dependency along the PV value chain is seen to improve.
