The developer of advanced security and surveillance systems this week announced a contract worth £2.8m to supply Bombardier Transportation with Petards' eyeTrain systems. The systems are to be fitted to five and ten car Bombardier Aventra Electrical Multiple Unit (EMU) trains to be built for supply to South Western Railway. Engineering activities will commence immediately with the first equipment deliveries starting in September 2018 and it is expected that the project will be completed
