Weiss Korea Opportunity Fund (WKOF LN) was launched in May 2013 and has an objective to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing in South Korean “preferred” shares. Effectively “preferred” shares are the same as non-voting common shares, but often trade at significant discounts to the common shares.
