BHP Billiton (BLT LN) has reported weak results following the impact of weak commodity prices and operational underperformance. Revenues were down 37% YoY in H1 FY 2016 to US$15.7bn while EBITDA was down 54% to US$5.9bn as a result of the weaker top line. BLT swung to a net loss in H1 of US$5.7bn down from a profit of US$4.3bn.
