Fitch has raised its rating on FCA’s long-term debt from ‘BB-‘ to ‘BB’. This rating level is in line with ours and with Moody’s and S&P’s. It continuese to be non-investment grade although the group has improved its balance sheet considerably now that Financial Services is no longer consolidated. These activities are in joint-ventures with European banks.
