Swaite discusses the financials, with total revenue eased by 7.6% to £28.5mln from £30.8mln the year before but the proportion of recurring revenue rose to 78% of total revenue from 75% in the first half of last year.
Race explains how they look after over 4000 schools as they migrated to working from home and over 400 doctor surgeries as they also offer their services to people stuck at home due to lockdown restrictions.
He goes on to say 'there have been many challenges facing our clients and we have been there to help them'.
