Babcock International (LSE:BAB) (LSE:BAB) Group PLC has agreed to sell its subsidiary Frazer-Nash Consultancy to KBR (NYSE:KBR) (NYSE:KBR) for £293mln. It’s part of a disposal programme to raise at least £400mln over the next year.
