After the latest lockdown easing, The Gym Group PLC (LON:GYM) said it will reopen 160 sites in England on July 25, excluding two gyms in Leicester. Thirteen sites in Scotland and three in Wales will follow after local restrictions are lifted.

Inspired Energy PLC (LON:INSE) has raised £35mln and struck a deal to acquire the 60% of Ignite Energy that it does not already own. The acquisition of Ignite - which provides energy management services to corporate clients like Halfords, Starbucks, and WH Smith - will accelerate the group's organic growth in optimisation services.
