After yet another round of discussions between the UK and the EU on Brexit failed to deliver any progress, EU officials are now allegedly preparing to grant the UK a three-month extension to the Brexit deadline to give Parliament enough time to pass the necessary legislation. This is about the longest time period that is possible without the UK participating in the European elections on May 23 to 26.
