FINANCIAL YEAR 2025 RESULTS AND INVESTOR CALL

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company will publish results for the financial year ended 30 June 2025 at 7am BST (UK) on Thursday 2 October 2025.

The Company has scheduled an investor update call on Thursday 2 October 2025 at 1:00pm BST (UK), 8:00am EST (USA), 8:00pm SGT (Singapore) to discuss the results. The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders and stakeholders.

The update call will be hosted on the LSEG SparkLive platform. Investors who would like to join the update call should register with LSEG SparkLive before the meeting by following the link:  https://sparklive.lseg.com

Investors who already follow Avation PLC on LSEG website will also be invited to the update call. Questions can be submitted in advance via the LSEG SparkLive platform until 9am the day before the call or during the live presentation.
