2025 Notice of Meeting

BHP Group Limited (BHP) will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at The Ritz-Carlton, 650 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria on Thursday, 23 October 2025 starting at 10:00am (Melbourne time).

The Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form can be accessed via BHP's website at bhp.com/agm and have been submitted to the FCA National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
