(the "Company" or "CPIC") confirms that the summaries of the solvency reports (excerpts) of the Company and its main insurance subsidiaries were published on the Company's website at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/ on 29 August 2024, and will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism shortly.
