Director Shareholdings

The Company announces that on 27 October 2025, Simon Walther, Finance Director, exercised options, at a price of 532 pence per share, over 1,015 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares"), pursuant to the maturity of options granted on 5 September 2022 under the Cohort plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme.  The resulting shares will be transferred to an ISA account in Mr Walther's name.

As a result of the above transaction, Simon Walther's beneficial interest in Shares is 150,818 representing 0.32% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
