Herefordshire Capital PLC (the "Company") announces that James Taylor has resigned as a director of the Company's board and also as Finance Director of the parent, Connexus Homes Limited, to take up a new role at another housing association in the North of England.

James remains in post for his notice period until mid-July this year and recruitment for a replacement is underway.
