Coro Energy PLC - Duyung PSC Sale: Long Stop Date Extension

Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian renewable energy developer, announces an extension to the long stop date for the sale of its interest in the Duyung PSC which was previously announced on 10 April 2025, 14 May 2025 and 1 September 2025. The new long stop date has been mutually agreed as 31 December 2025 with a rolling extension thereafter if required. As far as the Company is aware, the transaction is still on track, but whether it completes or not, there is no exposure to ongoing G&A cash calls for Coro. The Company also announces that the previously announced 12 month lock in on Conrad Asia Energy Limited shares issued to Coro under this transaction has been changed to a 6 month lock in from 30 August 2025 for shares issued at transaction completion and 6 months from the date of issue for all other shares. 

The transaction represents the final stage of the Company's strategic pivot to clean energy and enables the Company to now focus its resources on its exciting renewables portfolios in Vietnam and the Philippines.
