Issue Price for the Placing and WRAP Retail Offer

Further to the announcement by CVC Income & Growth Limited (the "Company") on 29 September 2025 titled "Proposed Placing and Retail Offer" (the "Fundraising Announcement"), the Board of the Company confirms that the issue prices of the Sterling and the Euro denominated redeemable ordinary shares of no-par value in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to be issued pursuant to the Placing and the WRAP Retail Offer are £1.1768 per Sterling denominated Share and €1.0747 per Euro denominated Share, representing a premium of 0.65% to the respective cum-income NAV per Share of each Share denomination as at 10 October 2025.

The Placing and the WRAP Retail Offer will close at 2:00pm on 21 October 2025 and the results of the Fundraising are expected to be announced on 22 October 2025, with trades expected to settle on 24 October 2025.

Terms used but not defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Fundraising Announcement.
