The Board of EJF Investments Ltd ("EJFI"), which provides investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of debt issued by smaller US banks and insurance companies and participation in certain management fee income streams of EJF Capital LLC ("EJF"), is pleased to announce that Neal Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Manager, will make a live presentation of the company's interim results for the period six months to 30 June 2025 via Investor Meet Company on 2 October 2025 at 11:00 BST. This is in addition to a results presentation scheduled on 1 October 2025 at 14:00 BST for analysts and institutional investors.

The live presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 1 October 2025 at 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
