The following supplement (the Supplement) and pricing supplements (the Pricing Supplements) are available for viewing:

1.    Supplement dated 25 September 2025 in respect of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (the Issuer)'s Global Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme);

2.    Pricing Supplement in relation to the issue of U.S.$1,000,000,000 3.625 per cent. Notes due 2028 by the Issuer under the Programme; and

3.    Pricing Supplement  in relation to the issue of U.S.$2,000,000,000 4.250 per cent. Notes due 2035 by the Issuer under the Programme.
