Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended), FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Company") announces that:

As at 30 September 2025, the total number of shares in issue which carry voting rights is 40,971,596. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in FBD Holdings plc.

The Company holds 287,005 ordinary shares in treasury which do not carry voting rights under Section 109 (4) of the Companies Act, 2014.
