Non-Executive Director Appointment

Genuit Group plc ("Genuit", the "Company" or the "Group"), a leading provider of sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built environment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Britta Giesen as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 27 October 2025. Britta will also be a member of the Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees.

Britta is an experienced international Chief Executive of various industrial companies, with a strong commercial background, having previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG from 2021 to 2024, and prior to that, Chief Operating Officer of ISS Facility Services Holding GmbH. With a career beginning in strategic consulting, she went on to successfully transition into commercial roles spanning sales, marketing and strategy as well as general management, and has held standalone Chief Executive roles for the past ten years in manufacturing businesses and Non-Executive positions in companies listed on both the German and Helsinki Stock Exchanges.

Britta is currently a Non-Executive Board Member and ESG Specialist at Koncentra AB, a private equity company focused on investing in leading European industrial companies, and a member of the Advisory Board of shyftplan GmbH, a company offering software as a service for shift planning. Her range of international and commercial experience in addition to her ESG knowledge will bring further skills and diversity to the Board.

Dr Giesen was previously Chief Executive Officer of Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG, a leading manufacturer of vacuum technology listed on the German Stock Exchange. Dr Giesen was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Rheinmetall AG, a company listed on the German Stock Exchange, from 2021 to 2024, and a Non-Executive Board member of Neles Oy from 2020 to 2021, a company that was listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange until its merger with Valmet in 2022.

There is no other information concerning Dr Giesen which requires notification under LR6.4.8R of the FCA Listing Rules.
