Increase in dividend frequency
As part of a package of portfolio optimisation measures, the Company previously announced an increase in the frequency of its dividend payments from six-monthly to quarterly, in order to provide investors with a more regular income stream. This is the first dividend to be declared under the new quarterly payment frequency.
2025 and 2026 dividend targets
The Board continues to forecast a long-term projected annual dividend growth rate of c.2.5% and reconfirms that the 2025 and 2026 annual dividend targets are
