16.7 GWh of Endurium Eligible for Cap and Floor Projects
Ofgem will now invite eligible projects to submit more detailed bids. Ofgem and NESO will undertake final project assessment in Q4 2025 and aim to publish the initial decision list of projects that will be offered a contract under the Scheme in Spring 2026. Final decisions on projects are due in Summer 2026.

The Company believes that that every eligible project announced today which has specified the use of a Vanadium Flow Battery (or combination of such with another technology) will propose the use of Invinity's Endurium batteries.
All but one of the confirmed eligible projects are in Track 1 of the Scheme which are deliverable by 2030. Track 2 projects are deliverable by 2033.
The announcement notes that 171 valid applications representing 52.6 GW of discharge capacity were initially received by Ofgem by the submission deadline of
The Company cautions that due to the competitive nature of this process, there is no guarantee any, and highly unlikely that all, of these project bids will ultimately be successful under the Scheme. However, Invinity's management team continue to believe that the Company is well positioned to secure a level of orders which could be highly material to Invinity's future trading.
The Company expects to provide an update once further announcements on the Scheme are made by Ofgem.
