Shareholders of the USD (Dist) share class of iShares BIC 50 UCITS ETF (ISIN: IE00B1W57M07) (the "Share Class")

The Directors of iShares II plc (the "Company") wish to inform you that a EUR currency trading line of the Share Class will be removed from trading on Euronext Milan (previously known as Borsa Italiana), with effect from 1 December 2025 (the "Effective Date").

It is important to note that the Share Classes will not be closing.  

An electronic copy of the full shareholder letter shall be made available shortly for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and available to download from the iShares website www.ishares.com
