iShares Electric Vehicles and Driving Technology UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - ISIN: IE00BGL86Z12

The directors of the Company wish to advise you that the Fund will be switching from an optimization strategy to a replicating index tracking strategy. The change to the investment strategy is due to take effect on or around 19^th September 2025 (the "Effective Date").  

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.
