ISSUE OF SHARES FROM TREASURY

JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has issued 150,000 Ordinary Shares from Treasury for cash at a price of 576 pence per share under its Ordinary Share block listing facility dated 15 April 2024.

Following the transaction, the Company's total issued share capital, excluding the total number of shares held in Treasury is 478,947,308. This figure (478,947,308) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company has 9,819,140 Ordinary Shares remaining within its block listing facility dated 15 April 2024. Furthermore, the Company has a blocklisting for 27,000,000 Ordinary Shares dated 24 May 2024.

Following this issue, the Company holds a total of 250,000 of its ordinary shares in Treasury and will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value at the time of issue.
