Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that Charles Holroyd, Non-Executive Director, on 24 July 2025 purchased 524 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6675 pence per share. Following this transaction Charles Holroyd's beneficial holding is now 7,747 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.12% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
