CANCELLATION OF TRADING OF KIN AND CARTA SHARES

Further to the announcement on 26 April 2024 that the Scheme for the acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Kin and Carta by Ken Bidco Limited has now become effective in accordance with its terms, Kin and Carta confirms that the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the admission to trading of Kin and Carta Shares on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. today, 29 April 2024.
