NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATIONS TO FINAL TERMS

(the "Relevant Series")

Leverage Shares plc (the "Issuer") refers to its notice dated 26 August 2025 (the "Original Notice") relating to certain errors in the Final Terms of the Relevant Series and the corrections set out therein (the "Modifications").

The Issuer hereby confirms that, following the signing of the deed of amendment entered into between the Issuer and the Trustee on 12 September 2025, the Modifications described in the Original Notice have been implemented and are effective as of today.

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Master Definitions Schedule in relation to the Programme dated 17 July 2024.
