THIS NOTICE IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ETP SECURITIES. IF ANY ETP SECURITYHOLDER IS IN ANY DOUBT AS TO THE ACTION THEY SHOULD TAKE, THEY SHOULD CONSULT THEIR OWN INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL ADVISERS IMMEDIATELY

If you have recently sold or otherwise transferred your entire holding(s) of ETP Securities referred to below, you should immediately forward this notice to the purchaser or transferee or to the stockbroker, bank or other agent through whom the sale or transfer was effected for transmission to the purchaser or transferee.

Notice to ETP Securityholders of the Series of ETP Securities listed in the Schedule hereto (the "Relevant Series")

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Amended and Restated Master Definitions Schedule in relation to the Leverage Shares plc collateralised exchange traded securities programme dated 17 July 2024.

Notice is hereby given by Leverage Shares plc to the holders of the Relevant Series that with effect from 22 October 2025 the Relevant Series will be cross listed on the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana).

The Issuer notes the following: (i) that the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana) has been included in the Base Prospectus as one of the exchanges on which the Relevant Series may be listed; and (ii) Condition 14.2(B) contemplates the admission of the Relevant Series to listing or trading on any stock exchange without the consent of the Trustee or the ETP Securityholders.
