Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the regionally focused, private capital asset manager with c.£2.0billion of assets under management, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 10.00 am today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

Caroline Plumb OBE has now retired from Mercia's Board and good progress is being made in respect of the appointment of an additional Non-executive Director. A further announcement will be made in due course. The Board wishes to thank Caroline for her significant contributions as a Non-executive Director.
